Dawg, I appreciate the review, but I run a semi-pro studio right here, all recorded with good equipment. Why do I need to spend money on studio time when I ain't signed to a deal? As for the mixing, check your monitors cuz I'm mixing down in treated room (diffusion from 1.2kHz up to around 8.5kHz and some bass trapping from 65-240Hz) on Alesis M1's. I run Sony/Oxford, Sonalksis and Waves plugs, including the SSL channel plug so my software is golden, and my mixer has transparent preamps and excellent noise floor so it ain't a question of equipment either. Again, appreciate the review, but unless Universal or Def Jam comes knocking, my studio is fine.
