Yeah, arpeggiators (from the word arpeggio). It's almost cheating if you know how to use one correctly. The synth though is not arpeggiated. It's actually gated (similar to an arpeggiator but not: one uses octaves of a note or notes [arpeggiator] and the other uses one note but rhythmically [gate]). Using them is easy, learning how to use them; not so much :/ Another thing to note: I'm not sure if you know about portamento, but I used it in the woodwind whistle sounding instrument in the background. All portamento means is there is a ever so slight slide between notes when you play them. All of that little crap makes a BIG difference!
